I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation and satisfaction with both your product and your service.

From the moment I came across the specs on Amazon for the Adria 26, I was excited to receive the bike and get it assembled. It has truly lived up to the performance I was hoping for—and then some. This bike is an absolute beast. I’ve taken it on all sorts of trails, and its raw power continues to impress me every time I ride. It easily handles terrain that would challenge many other e-bikes.

What really stood out, though, was your customer service. While I did experience a couple of issues early on, the way your team handled everything was outstanding. You responded quickly, clearly cared about resolving the problems, and got me back on the road with minimal hassle. That level of support goes a long way in earning a customer’s trust—and loyalty.

Since getting everything dialed in, the bike has performed flawlessly. I even picked up a second battery and am blown away by the range. On one recent ride, I logged nearly 50 miles and still had power to spare.

If I owned an e-bike shop, this is the bike I’d want to sell and stand behind. You’ve got a fan here—and I just wanted to say thank you.
