Each unit is a returned bike that has been professionally refurbished and restored to reliable working condition. Please note that the images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact bike you will receive.
All features are intact and ready for use. Collection in person only; shipping is not available.
The pickup location is Ontario, CA, 91761.
If you are located near our warehouse—whether in the same city, the same state, or even from out of state with a suitable vehicle—you are welcome to pick up the bike in person.
After placing your order, we will contact you by email to arrange and confirm the pickup details. Please ensure your contact information at checkout is accurate. On the day of pickup, please check in at the office front entrance and wait with your pickup BOL (Bill of Lading) to collect your unit.

TUTTIO Refurbished Soleil01 Ebikes come with the 21Ah Battery Version, 2.5A Battery Charger, Fenders, Bike Number Plate, Pedals. If you are missing accessories, please get in touch with us promptly to resend them.
2 Year Warranty
The warranty period for the product is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("the Buyer"). Any repairs or replacements during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty duration. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. If any damaged accessories are found upon receiving them, please get in touch with us promptly for replacement.
