So far this bike is awesome . I only have 50 miles on it but love it so far .unfortunately its getting cold fast so won't have much more riding but hopefully no issues

I bought adria26 in September and the purchase experience was great and the bike arrived in 4 days. It was well packaged and easy to set up. I love my bike and often get asked about it while out riding. I have had a warranty issue and taken care of by Marisa who is easy to deal with and the response was fast and sincere. I recently had an accident when a car ran a stop sign and broke my front fork and handle bar. I dealt with Marisa who was quick to respond and got a new fork shipped right away. I was going to straighten instead of replacing the handle bar. But was pleasantly surprised when my fork arrived and the box had a new handle bar in it and I wasn’t even charged for it. I can honestly say I’ve had only top notch service from Tuttio!

We love our tuttio ebikes, we own two of them have about 300 miles on them. Great fun! Their costmer support is awesome. Thanks Tony for all the help!

Tuttio soleil 01 is a great and reliable bike that is very fun to ride and I very much recommend it to anyone that wants a good bike to ride around by yourself and with friends. I have had lots of success riding it on the street and in the dirt making it very versatile to your liking
