Is the battery removable, and how long does charging take?
Yes. The 60V 25Ah battery is removable and can be charged on or off the bike. A full charge takes approximately 8–10 hours. Use the original charger and disconnect it after charging is complete.
Does the ICT arrive fully assembled?
The ICT ships approximately 90% pre-assembled. The remaining setup is supported by step-by-step video guidance. Review the manual, tighten all required hardware and check the brakes, tires, handlebar and battery security before the first ride.

The bike is hype EXCEPT FOR THE SUSPENSION I should have known considering the 1st three letters of the problem with bike SUS my front forks came dry no oil in them and the downward forks are loose im scared to drive this thing forget riding no handed its like driving a gixer750 on a busy ass road with no steering damper or a dodge ram truck with that dread steering wheel shake and my rear tire came warped not the rim that seems TRUE the tire is higher on one side so it drives crazy I love the bike and I paid 2k I feel i shouldn't have to deal with this stuff I hope they fix it for now I've been driving my 2nd hand GOAT POWER V3 and I love this bike used yet not one complaint from me so tuttio hit me up my bike has under 100 scary miles on it fix the problems so I can praise you like I used to take me back from the 🐐
