PURCHASES ARE THE MOST COMMON WAY TO ENTER, BUT ALL ENTRIES HAVE EQUAL CHANCE TO WIN.
BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES REQUIRE YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AND INCLUDES A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF.
1.SPONSORSHIP: This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TuttioSport, Inc. (“Tuttio”).
2.ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to: (a) legal residents of the United States; (b) who are 21+ years old at the time of entry; and (c) have a valid US driver’s license (each, a “Participant”).
THESE SWEEPSTAKES ARE VOID IN THE FOLLOWING STATES AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW: ALASKA, HAWAII, FLORIDA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND ARIZONA.
Employees of Tuttio, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations apply.
3.AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of the winners, and the awarding of the prizes). Tuttio reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at Tuttio’s sole discretion. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant represents and warrants that Participant is eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements described herein and that all information provided is true and correct in all respects. Participant also agrees to accept the decisions of Tuttio as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
4.SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins in all eligible states at 12:01 AM (PT) on November 10, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on November 19, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). During the promotion period from November 10 to November 19, we will conduct a unified and standardized drawing from all collected and registered entry forms. A total of four winners will be selected for the designated prizes, and the results will be announced on December 4.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter in one (1) of two (2) ways during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries by the same person will be void.

During the Promotion Period, purchase any Tuttio electric bike on www.tuttiosport.com (purchases at retail locations or other websites are not eligible). To complete registration, visit www.tuttiosport.com/blackfriday-sweepstakes and submit the entry form with your full name, email address, and mailing address, and upload a purchase screenshot showing your qualifying order.

No purchase of an e-bike is required. Participants who do not purchase a bike (or who only purchase accessories) may still enter. You must also upload each of the following verifications:

Each verified free submission equals one (1) entry. Entries that are incomplete or unverifiable will be void.
Equal Chance: Entries via purchase and via the free method have the same odds of winning.
6.SELECTION OF WINNERS/PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:Participant is not guaranteed to win, and the chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received byTuttio. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may not substitute prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and the winners may not elect to receive cash in lieu of the prizes noted above. Tuttio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Tuttio may identify the winners to any person as required by law.

General Notes:
All prizes are awarded“as-is”and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Tuttio reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if required. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any licensing or insurance requirements associated with the prize.
7.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via e-mail/phone call to the e-mail address or phone number used to enter the Sweepstakes. Tuttio shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive calls or notices due to a winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time the award notification was sent or fails to timely return the completed Documents (defined below), the winner will forfeit the prize, and Tuttio will randomly draw a new winner from among eligible entries received on the particular day. The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in the Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
8.LIMITATIONS: A Participant may only win one (1) prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day will be a calendar day from midnight to midnight, local time (PT). Eligibility is at the exclusive discretion of Tuttio, and TUTTIO shall be entitled to reject any entry for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation.
Tuttio will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries or entries that are submitted in bad faith or intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity in any way. Tuttio and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives ofTuttio and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in transmission; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Tuttio that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, these Sweepstakes are not capable of running for any of the reasons set forth in (b) and (d) above, Tuttio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes upon posting of such decision on its website and without any requirement for prior notice to any individual Participant. Tuttio reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion and discretion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9.ADDITIONAL PRIZE DISCLOSURES: Winners will be solely responsible for any applicable sales tax, licensing, insurance, shipping/delivery fees, and any other expenses not specified in Section 6, including but not limited to costs incurred by winners related to the acceptance, purchase, pickup, or use of a prize. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage or theft to the prize after taking delivery/obtaining ownership, and Tuttio will have no obligation to replace it. The prizes will be awarded“AS IS”without warranty by Tuttio of any kind as set forth in Section 11. Photographs of the prize in any media are for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual model to be awarded. Each prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize.
10.PERMISSIONS: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FORM, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RECEIVE, AND TUTTIO MAY DELIVER, ADVERTISING AND MARKETING EMAILS TO PARTICIPANT. PARTICIPANT MAY OPT-OUT OF SUCH COMMUNICATIONS AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK IN THE ADVERTISEMENT.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PERMISSION FOR TUTTIO TO USE WINNERS’NAMES, IMAGE, HOMETOWNS AND LIKENESSES FOR ONLINE POSTING, AND/OR ANY ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OR CONSENT FROM WINNERS.
BY SUBMITTING INFORMATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT TUTTIO WILL BE COLLECTING, STORING, AND USING PARTICIPANT’S INFORMATION FORTUTTIO’S BUSINESS PURPOSES SUCH AS TO ADMINISTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND EXERCISE ITS RIGHTS HEREUNDER, INCLUDING FOR MARKETING AND PUBLICITY CAMPAIGNS PERFORMED BY TUTTIO. BY ENTERING INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO TUTTIO’S COLLECTION, USE, AND STORAGE OF PARTICIPANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION. 11.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL TUTTIO OR ITS LICENSEES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ADMINISTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCESS TO AND USE OF TUTTIO’S WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM TUTTIO’S WEBSITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ONTUTTIO’S WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED“AS IS”WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUALITY, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. TUTTIO DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRIZES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED“AS-IS.”Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. TUTTIO SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND AS CONDITIONS OF RECEIVING A PRIZE, SHALL BE AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASED AND INDEMNIFIED BY PARTICIPANT AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, INTEREST, PENALTIES, FINES, COSTS OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’FEES) RELATED TO: (A) ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES RELATED TO A PRIZE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 6 ABOVE, INCLUDING APPLICABLE SALES TAX, LICENSING, INSURANCE, SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEES, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS INCURRED BY WINNERS RELATED TO THE ACCEPTANCE, PURCHASE, PICKUP, OR USE OF A PRIZE; (B) USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SAME; AND (C) PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE/RECEIPT OF A PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE.
12.PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN TERMS THAT GOVERN HOW CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE RESOLVED. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF A CLASS ACTION THAT REQUIRE SUBMITTING SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED CLAIMS TO AN ARBITRATOR (INSTEAD OF GOING TO COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY). THEY ALSO LIMIT THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF OTHER PEOPLE (THAT IS, IT PROHIBITS BRINGING ANY CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING). Arbitration: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties will be settled by arbitration in Orange County, California, at a time and location designated by the arbitrator. There will be one (1) arbitrator. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Rules of Commercial Arbitration, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Participant agrees that any claims or proceedings brought by Participant relating to the Sweepstakes will be conducted on an individual basis. Participant waives any right to bring a claim on a class-wide, collective, or representative basis, and acknowledges that any one person’s claims or proceedings may not be consolidated with any other claims or proceedings. Participant will not sue Tuttio as a class plaintiff or class representative, join as a class member, or participate as an adverse party in any way in a class-action lawsuit against Tuttio. Nothing in this paragraph, however, limits Participant’s right to file a claim as an individual plaintiff. Tuttio and Participant waive any right to a trial by jury.
13.WINNERS LIST: The winner(s) list will be announced at Tuttio.com after each winner has been verified.
14.INQUIRIES OR QUESTIONS: Any inquiries or questions regarding these Sweepstakes, including any lawful request for the name of the winners, may be sent by e-mail to info@tuttiosport.com. In the event there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control.
15.FINAL INTERPRETATION:TUTTIOSPORT RESERVES THE RIGHT OF FINAL INTERPRETATION AND DECISION FOR ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ELIGIBILITY, ENTRY VERIFICATION, PRIZE AWARDS, AND ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM THE EVENT. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY TUTTIOSPORT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES ARE FINAL AND BINDING.
