Warranty Policy
2-Year Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by TuttioSport. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to and separate from your legal rights as a purchaser of the Product. Nothing in this Warranty is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, limited, or excluded under applicable federal or state law.
Before first use, read the applicable owner’s manual and safety instructions, and perform the recommended assembly, inspection, charging, and maintenance steps.
Warranty Scope
TuttioSport provides a Limited Warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance and in accordance with TuttioSport’s published instructions and product specifications. Complimentary promotional accessories are not covered by this Warranty unless expressly stated or required by law.
Warranty Period and Eligibility
Standard covered original components: 2 years from the date of the original retail purchase by the original purchaser, unless a product-specific warranty states otherwise or applicable law requires a different period.
Frame: 1-year Limited Warranty from the original retail purchase date.
Battery: 1-year Limited Warranty from the original retail purchase date.
Repairs or replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by law or expressly stated in writing by TuttioSport.
The Warranty is registered through the original purchase record. It applies only to the original purchaser unless TuttioSport expressly approves a transfer in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or counterfeit / gray-market sources are not covered by this Warranty. Products purchased through official TuttioSport storefronts operated on authorized marketplaces may be eligible for warranty service after verification of the purchase channel. Where a product is purchased through a third-party marketplace or other sales channel, warranty service is subject to the warranty terms and after-sales policy expressly presented or applicable to that specific sales channel or order, as verified by TuttioSport.
Coverage and Remedy
For a confirmed warranty defect, TuttioSport may, subject to applicable law and reasonable evaluation, provide troubleshooting, a replacement component, repair, frame or product replacement, or another remedy required by law. TuttioSport may select a functionally equivalent replacement when the original model, color, or component is unavailable.
Frame Warranty
Structural manufacturing defects affecting the integrity of the frame are covered during the 1-year frame warranty period.
TuttioSport may repair or replace the frame, subject to inspection and applicable law. Replacement frames may be new, refurbished, or cosmetically imperfect if structurally sound.
Labor, component transfer, installation, painting, and unrelated service fees are not covered unless pre-authorized in writing or required by law.
Battery Limited Warranty
Batteries are covered for 1 year against confirmed manufacturing defects.
Normal capacity reduction caused by age, charging cycles, storage conditions, temperature, or ordinary use is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.
Warranty remedy for a covered battery defect is repair or replacement, not cash reimbursement, except where required by applicable law.
Battery claims may require serial-number verification, diagnostic testing, charging history, photos / videos, and return of the battery or related component for inspection.
Parts and Components
Original TuttioSport parts and components are covered by a 2-year Limited Warranty, except components with a separately stated warranty period. Standard outbound shipping for approved warranty replacement parts is covered during the first 15 days after delivery; after that, customer-paid shipping may apply unless TuttioSport’s error, a legally required remedy, or a written service exception applies.
Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, including tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, sprockets, grips, suspension seals / bushings, and ordinary cosmetic wear.
Damage caused by crash, collision, impact, abuse, neglect, misuse, stunt riding, competitive racing, jumping, or other use inconsistent with published product guidance.
Damage caused by improper assembly, maintenance, charging, storage, transport, installation, repair, adjustment, or operation contrary to the manual.
Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, extreme weather, theft, vandalism, external electrical conditions, or other external causes not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
Corrosion, rust, moisture intrusion, chemical exposure, sand, or abrasive contamination, unless the covered defect is determined to be a manufacturing defect.
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, paint loss, or cosmetic fading that does not affect function or structural integrity, unless caused by TuttioSport before delivery.
Serial numbers, VINs, or barcodes that are removed, altered, or rendered reasonably unverifiable.
Damage caused by a third-party component, accessory, charger, modification, or repair to the extent the third-party item or work caused or materially contributed to the claimed issue. Use of a third-party item alone does not automatically void the Warranty.
Commercial rental, leasing, fleet, delivery, or other commercial use unless expressly covered by a separate commercial program.
Unauthorized disposal, modification, disassembly, or shipment of a damaged lithium-ion battery after a safety incident may affect claim evaluation to the extent permitted by law.
Warranty Claims
To request warranty service, contact info@tuttiosport.com or the applicable official sales channel and provide the information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.
1. Provide the order number, purchaser information, product model, serial number / VIN, and a description of the issue.
2. Provide photos, videos, error codes, diagnostic results, and other reasonably requested evidence.
3. Follow reasonable troubleshooting instructions. Do not replace high-value parts or pay third-party service fees expecting reimbursement without written authorization.
4. TuttioSport may request return of the failed component or Product for inspection.
5. If a claim is denied, TuttioSport will provide the principal reason for the determination upon request.
Shipping Damage Claims
Report visible or suspected shipping damage within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide carton, shipping label, Product, and damage photos / videos.
Keep the original packaging and damaged components until the claim is resolved unless TuttioSport provides different instructions.
For confirmed shipping damage attributable to delivery, TuttioSport may provide replacement parts, replacement Product, repair support, or another appropriate remedy.
Complimentary promotional accessories damaged cosmetically in transit are not separately eligible for cash compensation unless expressly stated or required by law.
Safety Incident
If the Product, battery, charger, or related component is involved in fire, smoke, overheating, electrical arcing, explosion, serious injury, or another potentially hazardous event, stop using it immediately and contact TuttioSport. Do not disassemble, repair, charge, or ship a damaged lithium-ion battery unless instructed. Preserve the Product and relevant evidence where reasonably possible. TuttioSport may require inspection by an appropriate technician, carrier, insurer, laboratory, or other qualified party.
Liability and Implied Warranties
This is a Limited Warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable written limited warranty. TuttioSport is not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages to the extent such limitations are permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable Law and State-Specific Rights
This policy is subject to applicable federal and state law. Certain jurisdictions may provide consumers with additional warranty, repair, return-policy disclosure, transportation, refund, or replacement rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any non-waivable right or remedy. Where applicable law provides a mandatory remedy or requirement that differs from this policy, the mandatory requirement controls.
Policy Interpretation and Updates
This policy applies to TuttioSport’s consumer after-sales program across applicable sales channels and markets. Local laws, product-specific terms, and sales-channel-specific policies may provide additional or different rights. Where an order-specific written term, product-specific warranty, recall notice, official safety notice, or applicable law provides a different mandatory requirement, the mandatory requirement controls. TuttioSport may update this policy prospectively by publishing a revised version. The version in effect at the time of purchase generally governs the purchase, subject to applicable law and any later safety or recall requirements.
