So far the bike is awesome, battery seems to have taken about 50 miles to work properly but I’ll still have it tested. No motor issue so far with 100 miles on the bike. Very fast. Seat position and pedals are a bit of an issue I’m 5’9” and pedaling is very awkward. Seat kind of pushes you forward but other than that that it’s definitely worth it. A few upgrades and it’s amazing. Customer service could respond quicker. And no accessories for the bike from tuttio. I’d like a rear rack which would be very helpful.
Bike was a lot bigger than expected. Plenty of power. Customer service does respond well the packaging was very good. Shipping was a little slow but okay . This is a legit company. My son is very happy with it.
The instructions were so hard to follow.
Was fairly easy to assemble. And my 12 and 13-year-olds absolutely love riding these around everywhere. The neighborhood the deserts on the side of us and the battery lasts a really long time.
We ordered the kids combo and it came within a week. Got them both put together relatively easily. My kids couldn’t be happier!! So glad I bit the bullet and bought them. Kudos to tuttio for a quality machine! My youngest is 4’2 and 55 lbs and I bet he will be able to ride the arc for a couple years before upgrading.
This bike is very reliable and very fun and very fast. I would recommend it.

I’m 350lbs. I’m coming off of a rad power rad rover which had a 750 watt rear hub motor and half the size battery 13-15 ah something like that. I’ve owned this bike 2 months now and it just keeps impressing me. I set its top speed to 20mph it really extends the range: I’m guessing I could get 60-100 miles on a mainly flat ride. And 40 or more on a hilly ride. It really seems to pack a true 30ah. I’ve yet to drain it super low. But my rad power would drop quicker for sure. This bike cost the same as my rad power did 6-7 years ago and it’s double the battery and 5 times the power. Amazing. The rear suspension seems to hold my weight well which I was worried about. I replaced the front suspension with an Amazon fork made by rujixu. It’s $160 right now and worth every penny if you’re a bigger person. The stock forks were compressed 100% by my big weight. Also the left peddle bearings went bad after my first ride. But those two issues are acceptable for the budget price. The battery, frame, motors, components, and seat are all fantastic. If I get 5 years from this battery I will be happy!
I Have had my ICT now for 3 weeks and I will say that I absolutely love this bike !! Only gripe I have would be the mileage that I get with full throttle is about 30 to 35 miles but that is normal for this bike and I am honest in saying I didn't buy it for distance I bought it for the torque and power it puts out which is insane so ya I love it and if you buy it you will too trust me. Extra cosmetic upgrades I installed are red pedals, red dirt bike grips, red spoke skinz and mini led lights for an underglow effect ❤️❤️❤️
What a great starter bike. Bought this for my son's 13th birthday and we've both been enjoying it tremendously!
