These bikes were well packed there weren't a scratch on it. They kept me well informed as to when my packages were getting delivered and the sale prices on these bikes were beautiful!

The delivery was quick and assembly was relatively easy...we've only been able to ride a couple times due to weather here in Iowa. We purchased the soleil01 and ICT and both were nice to ride and look forward to spring. Numerous of our friends have Tuttio also so we look forward to many rides...

the ordering process was easy, the bikes we ordered came in pretty fast, but I would have to give their customer service very high regards for their quick responses to my questions/concerns with one of our bikes that I had to contact them about.

Company was responsive to issues that came with delivery of the bike. With shipping, anything is possible so having support to replace damaged parts in a timely manner with warranty made everything smooth.

The reason we chose two models was to match different skill levels. It worked out well, and both bikes are used regularly.

Really loving this combo! The Soleil01 SF for the kids is super easy to operate—simple controls, smooth takeoff, and it feels really safe, so I don’t worry when they’re riding. I bought the Tuttio combo with the ICT and the Soleil01 SF, and honestly it turned out even better than I expected.
