These bikes are a BLAST, so GORGEOUS!

I bought 2 tuttio soleil 01s for my older kids. We live in Bentonville, AR and so I wanted them to enjoy our vast trail system. They are AMAZING and every time they go out, they get compliments with serious stares (like checking them out stares) because they are so beautiful and cool looking. The paint jobs are GORGEOUS and the whole bike just looks cool. Tuttio uses FedEx and though I've never had issues with FedEx myself, apparently around here they are 'Trash' (not my words. So my first bike was delivered to the wrong address. I would suggest managing the delivery with FedEx and asking them to hold it at the FedEx location of your choice, that way you can pick it up at your leisure AND there is no chance of 'mis-deliveries' or 'secret theft rings' to keep you from enjoying this wonderful bike. Tuttio also has wonderful support, they are responsive and take care of you quickly. I had a replacement bike rushed to me during the HOLIDAY SEASON, no less and I was able to manage my delivery with FedEx for me to be able to pick it up at my local office. We LOVE our Tuttio soleil 01 ebikes!

Bike overall is the probably the cream of the crop. what you have done since 2024, is nothing but perfection . if i had one thing that should be address, it would be to quit putting the cheap seat that is available, like the one i received. they should always come with the upgraded one, quit wasting our time and money just so we go out and buy something from amazon. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I posted a review about something completely unrelated, and Tony from Tuttio reached out to talk about my experience with these bikes. I had been having a recurring issue with my rear tire deflating, and needing to take it into a bike shop each time because I am nervous about disconnecting all of the electronics. He shared Tuttio's guide for replacing the rear inner tube on my model and sent a couple of free inner tubes. Totally above and beyond, and will probably save me a couple hundred dollars in the next year. Thanks!
