While some users attempt to modify voltage or increase capacity, we strongly discourage such alterations. The Soleil01 is calibrated by our engineering team for optimal safety and performance. Unauthorized modifications may compromise battery life, stability, and overall ride safety.

Is the rear seat kit suitable for carrying two riders?
The bike seat is designed primarily for styling and added comfort, not for accommodating a second passenger. For safety reasons, we advise using the bike strictly as a single-rider vehicle. The Soleil01 is purpose-built for solo off-road riding and is not equipped to safely transport two riders.

This is the only official Tuttio website, and Tuttio has not authorized any other websites to sell our products. Some fake sites list our products and photos but have no real stock. They take your payment, confirm the order, and then never ship the item. Refunds are often impossible because the seller disappears or provides fake tracking. These scammers may also send counterfeit or unsafe products, or harvest your personal and payment information for further fraud.
